Listen while you work
Podcasts

What to watch
- With the sudden and tragic loss of Sean Connery, the original James Bond, just last week, we feel it's only appropriate to celebrate his legacy by kicking back and watching Dr. No (1963), the world's first Bond film.
- Grace and Jonathan Fraser are living the only lives they've ever wanted, that is until, an unexpected public disaster forces Grace to leave behind on life and create an entirely new one for her family. Watch The Undoing on HBO.
- Our perspectives have shifted on just about everything this year. But one thing that might need a second look at is our stuff. What is it about stuff, the material things, that we can't help but cling onto? In Minimalism (2014), this documentary explores what's really important and why less is actually more.
And finally, a quote to keep in mind throughout the week
